There is a fresh way to try. Consider if you could eat anything you want, and still drop weight. This method allows patients to eat a consistent amount of their desired foods like cake, steak, and chips. The indulgence has to be consumed in certain amounts with certain timing. The expectation is that blood glucose and energy remains consistent. The dieter never feels desperate and client's body gladly lets go of fat stores.
